Korean celebrities share concerns for the attack on S Korea

The world is in shock again today as North Korea last night initiated artillery fire on an inhabited South Korea island, South Korea responded in kind and now things between the countries are incredibly tense.

Some Korean stars have already expressed great concern as you see from comments below that are taken from their personal twitters:

Jay Park “I just heard the news. Everybody please be safe. I’m very concerned.”

Simon D of Supreme Team, “I hope that the issue does not escalate and there are no more casualties. NO WAR”.

T-ara’s Eunjung, “I know. This is an extremely serious matter. I’m worried”, while actress Park Shinhye wrote, “My heart aches. All the people who wished for peace had their hopes ruined in a second. Please no more injuries.”

Park Kyung Lim, “I just finished filming and what is this. At a time like this, we must have accurate news and unite to comfort each other.”

But fear not loyal readers as South Korea’s borders are strengthened by the American army and the country has powerful allies including China and the entire UN. It has been hinted at, that the reason is to strengthen the relationship between the new leader and the army, but let it be said that no one will stand for a blatant violent act, and America stands with South Korea all the way.

My condolences to those who lost someone. I hope this will be resolved soon. This is outrageous how North Korea can do this. If everyone settled down this dispute.. no one would have been injured :(

You have to wonder what the hell is going through these North Korean minds. Thanks to those douchebags my trip back to SK looks like being delayed T_T
They have no chance of achieving anything with the entire country’s force, let alone a few dozen missiles. I read that this was a planned provocation in an attempt to rally supporters in the face of the leadership succession which is about to occur. Very credible theory IMO.

My complacences to the families and those affected by this terrible tragedy. I hope that the issue will soon be resolved soon.
RIP soldiers who are fighting for your country, even thought it may not be your decision.
