Australia: Your guide to the 2011 Sydney K-POP Music Fest. in Sydney
Now that we can count the days until The 2011 Sydney K-POP Music Fest. on our fingers, we’re sure that our Australian friends are tossing and turning in bed! With just about 5 nights to go, we thought we would lend a helping hand for those attending the big day!

“2011 K-Pop Music Fest.” will be held on Saturday, 12th of November, 2011. This phenomenal music festival is to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of diplomatic relations between Korea and Australia, also known as the “Year of Korea in Australia”. The fundamental focus of this event is to promote a range of cultural artistic activities by bringing some popular K-Pop musicians and culture to Australia, superintended by JK Entertainment is a Sydney based Event & Production Company.
If you plan to drive to the venue
For those planning to drive to the venue, it is advised to pre-book your parking. This should be done days prior to the event, so get your parking secured! If you do not plan to book, make sure you come early to find parking – keeping in mind thousands of people will be there on the day!
Public parking is also available at the Sydney Olympic park. The closest parking to access the stadium would be at P1. Be weary of the parking fees, though.

Come early and enjoy the outdoor programs!
Lucky for fans and concert-gooers, JK Entertainment and MBC has organised an amazing line up of performers as well as a full-day program before the concert! So make sure you head on down early after 12PM with your family and friends to enjoy some of the stuff brought to you by YesAsia, SBS PopAsia and Hyundai to name a few! The outdoor events will conclude at 5PM.

It’s very easy to win. Collect a sticker from our hellokpop team members from anytime between 12-5PM on the day and post a photo with our sticker on our Facebook page for your chance to win! Remember, it’s also good to be creative so try to be as creative as you can! Competition will conclude on the 16th of November at midnight – people with no internet connection on the day still have a few days to submit their entry!
If you can’t find our team members, no worries! If you happen to come across one of our stickers stuck on someone’s leg or onto a pole, take a photo! You’ll still be counted towards our competition!
