Sun Ye is a strong and caring leader.  You can see they way she helps the other members to develop and achieve their best over the years.  The WGs are always together, never seem to be fighting with each other or with their management company.  Even former members of the group (Hyuna and Sunmi) are still close friends and have not been forgotten.  She sets a great example, never losing her temper to the anti’s or the biased netizens.  She can even calmly respond and dis-arm poorly intentioned MCs/interviewers who seem more interested in raising a scandal, than hearing what the WGs have to say.
She has great personal values and she lives up to them all on a regular basis.  
I am a great admirer of Sun Ye the person and leader, as well as the performer!
