‘Shut Up Flower Boy Band’ To Air In 9 Different Countries
tvN‘s exciting new drama Shut Up Flower Boy Band will be aired in nine different countries. CJ E&M‘s overseas branch, tvN Asia, will broadcast the show in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, Cambodia, Malaysia, Myanmar and Australia. This certainly seems like a way to keep the global interest in Korean culture rolling.
tvN Asia announced, “We are aiming to air ‘Shut Up: Flower Boy Band’ in April. We are hoping that the good looking actors and their talent, combined with the uniquely Korean style of the show and picture, will attract much of the younger population in these Asian countries.”
Who are these good looking actors? Well, the drama features Bang Sungjoon, Infinite‘s L, MATE‘s Lee Hyunjae, and many more. Shut Up Flower Boy Band is about a high school band named Eye Candy (or Eye Purification depending on the translation) as they deal with friendship, love, and a shared passion for music.
