Yoochun’s ‘Sungkyunkwan Scandal’ is Finalist at NYTV Festival
The popular 2010 KBS drama, Sungkyunkwan Scandal, has now been selected as one of the finalists in the ‘mini-series‘ category at the New York TV Awards this year.
This well known series is touted to be the first of its kind in regards to international attention. Having won a number of awards - Best New Male Artist of the Year (Park Yoochun), Best On-screen Couple and Best Drama at the 2011 Seoul Drama Awards, audiences are excited to see whether the drama could well be the first TV-series to bring home an international award.
The results, in terms of gold, silver and bronze medals, will be declared a month later with the award ceremony being held on April 17, at Las Vegas.
