Jang Geun Suk purchases property in Shibuya

Jang Geun Suk has purchased a six-story building in Shibuya, Japan, to open his own department store. Jang’s intentions are to test his limits to set new challenges for himself.

At the 2012 Jang Geun Suk Asia Tour The Cri Show 2 in Seoul, Jang revealed, ”Lately I’ve started a lot of things I haven’t done before. I’m testing to see how far a Korean can go. I bought a building in Japan’s Shibuya. It’s a six-story building. Of course, I did take out a loan to purchase it.”

Jang is planning to open his own department store and has already decided that his goal is to collaborate with a fashion company. He said, “I began this thinking what it would be like for me to have my own editing shop. I went by myself to a fashion business company and gave a presentation and offer and I will be collaborating with their designers to open a store.”

Close to the peak of success in the entertainment industry, Jang takes it safe and is very cautious of his position in the industry. He shared, ”People as me why I make things big but I think that my future I can’t see might be less than what I have now. I don’t want to chase after the highest point and fall with nothing so I started working. I am receiving numerous amount of scripts but I want to do a lot of things so please wait and I will focus on the tour for now.”
