Supernova’s Kim Sung Je injures left ankle

Maroo Entertainment has announced that Supernova member Kim Sung Je injured his left ankle on the 18th of July while practicing for the band’s comeback in August.

Kim tore a ligament in his left ankle and was immediately taken to the hospital for treatment. The member currently wears a cast and is unable to proceed with practice as the injury will take at least 4 weeks to heal. Supernova’s comeback will most likely postponed until Kim fully recovers.

Kim apologized for the unforeseen circumstance and said, “I am sorry for causing the fans to worry because of my carelessness. I will asume the upcoming schedules to protect the promise I made with our fans.”

We hope Kim Sung Je recovers from the injury soon!
