Girls’ Generation Hyoyeon is a foreigner?
One of the most recent episodes from KBS‘s Invincible Youth 2, gave an opportunity to G5 members to tour around Seoul with foreigners. Together with the foreigners, they must fulfill their mission.
MC Lee Young Ja, Girls’ Generation’s Hyoyeon, and Jewelry’s Yewon approached a passerby to ask directions. The man recognized Lee Young Ja ,but another man nearby asked Hyoyeon in English, “Where are you from?” mistaking her as a foreigner. She then quickly answered that she is Korean, to the man’s surprise and embarrassment. He then shyly pushed Hyoyeon making everyone laugh.
