hellokpop is a Kpop entertainment website that brings you the latest news in Korean pop culture -– movies, dramas, music and, celebrities.

Founded in June 2010, hellokpop has quickly established itself in the K-Pop community as a trustworthy source of Korean pop culture and is home to more than 200,000 readers each month, a number which is steadily rising!

Since our establishment, we have worked closely with companies and artists to help them communicate the messages they would like to be heard. Some of the names we have worked with are: YesStyle (Asian Fashion), Arirang Korea, JK Entertainment (Australia), Mikelli Entertainment (Australia), SHINee (Group), Son Ho Young (Singer), Shin Seung Hun (Singer), Nia (Pop/Rock band), Dr.Gimm (Producer/Singer), R.Tripper (Duo), Aziatix (Label), Korean Music Festival in LA, JYJ (for Power House) and many more.

Hellokpop.com is much more than just another K-pop tabloid.  We are known for our respect for the Korean celebrities we talk about and we are dedicated to keeping the website a positive and anti-free environment.

Not only are we dedicated to bringing our readers a fun and consistent service, we are also passionate about promoting and spreading news about the Korean Wave (Hallyu) around the globe. Due to our rapid growth in exposure and readers, we have been able to branch out and experiment on multiple platforms, such as with our hellokpop TV on YouTube and our podcasts on iTunes!
