2013 NU’EST L.O.Λ.E Tour in Singapore
2013 NU’EST L.O.Λ.E Tour is coming to Singapore!
On 22 June, it will be the Pledis Entertainment’s one and only boy group, NU’EST, to hold their first ever full-fledged showcase in Singapore. Prior to debuting, the members were already exposed to the entertainment scene as backup dancers and featured in multiple live performances and music videos for labelmates – After School.
Short for Nu (New), Established, Style and Tempo, NU’EST calls themselves an urban electro group, with great influence on their music styles. Comprising of 5 members; JR (leader), Aron, Baekho, Minhyun and Ren, NU’EST made their official debut in March 2012 with title track Face. Their debut song was made popular by its unique choreography, which includes the chair-dance.
The group sets themselves apart from the saturated industry by injecting social messages into their songs. Aiming to be the ‘voice of teen generation’, their meaningful lyrics talk of issues such as school violence and bullying (1st single – Face), striving for freedom, individuality and dreams (1st mini album – Action). Their recent comeback veered away from the catchy electro tunes and highlights their vocals with an R&B ballad titled Hello.
NU’EST has been staging many overseas performances. Recent ones include K-CON 2012 in California, Korean Music Wave 2013 in Bangkok, and not forgetting their 2-day debut anniversary concert in Tokyo, Japan. This will be their second time in Singapore, since the mini showcase held last year.
Fans can expect to be electrified and blown away by this urban electro group with their talent, charms and visuals!

‘G-Dragon 2013 World Tour: One Of A Kind’ in Singapore
G-Dragon, an acclaimed singer/songwriter/producer/fashion icon and leader of Korean hottest pop group BIG BANG, returns with his solo concert, four years since his last. For the first time, the K-pop superstar is stepping out of Korea for his long-awaited solo concert around the world, including Singapore!

A-Prince to have showcase in Singapore 2013
May will be a month of rookie invasions! Fans can look forward to meeting rookie boy group, A-Prince, for their first ever showcase in Singapore! JNation Entertainment presents A-Prince Showcase Live In Singapore on 18 May 2013 at the DBS Arts Centre.
A one-night only event, the showcase promises to be one filled with fun and excitement. It will feature interactive activities for fans to get an up-close opportunity with the members. A-Prince will impress with songs off their debut mini-album.
Comprising of 5 members; Leader Sungwon, Minhyuk, Seungjun, Siyoon and Woobin, A-Prince first received much attention from their pre-debut single ‘You’re The Only One’ which was written by MBLAQ‘s vocalist, G.O. The New Planet Entertainment’s boy group then debuted in November 2012 with the mini-album Hello.
A-Prince has also ambitiously ventured into the Japan market with promotions and holding a showcase followed by their first solo concert in Tokyo last December. Barely two months into their debut, their daring move paid off. A-Prince’s successful Japan concert attracted more than 1,000 fans, an amazing feat for a new group. Their talents were recognized during the Asia Model Festival Awards 2013 in Seoul, where A-Prince was awarded the K-Pop Rising Singer Award. They also bagged the Rookie Award at the Korean Culture Entertainment Awards.

A-JAX “It’s Showtime” showcase live in Singapore
JNation Entertainment will be bringing in yet another boy group for the rookie special in May. A back-to-back line-up with South Korea’s rising boy group, it’ll be showtime with A-JAX!
Formerly known as DSP Boyz, the group officially changed it’s name to A-Jax after confirming it’s 7 members (Hyeongkon, Jaehyung, Hyojun, Yunyoung, Sungmin, Seungjin and Seungyub). A-Jax made their debut in June 2012 under DSP Media, home to popular idols like KARA, Rainbow and SS501.
The group is going full-force on its road to success. A-Jax is reported to be the first group to simultaneously make a debut in Korea and Japan in 2012. Despite being raw in the music industry, A-Jax has been labelled as the successor of their senior label-mate, SS501 (who has since gone on with individual activities). Taking Japan by storm, A-Jax has successfully held promotional events for their first Japanese single album ‘One 4 U’. They were also the opening act for label-mate KARA’s Japan Concert Tour – ‘Karasia’.
In less than a year, A-Jax has released 3 Korean singles(plus 2 Japanese versions) and a mini-album ’2MYX’. Their efforts were recognized as they received their first award, ‘Arirang’s Super Rookie Idol 2012′. The group is in preparation for an upcoming album in April 2013.
Member Hyeongkon recently tried his hands in acting. Starring in the latest KBS drama ‘IRIS 2′, Hyeongkon takes on the role of an NSS agent alongside idol-actors like MBLAQ’s Lee Joon and BEAST‘s DooJoon. On the other hand, Hyojun and Seungyub have been picked to be co-emcees for a Japanese channel – KNTV’s ‘Music Kan’.
Just like its name, a deep reference to the Trojan War hero that brought victory to the Greeks, A-Jax is determined to show their strong selves and stay on top of the game. Fans can look forward to an amazing show with A-JAX in Singapore!
