D-UNIT becomes a 4-member group

D-UNIT which originally had 3 members, will be returning in March as a 4-member group, with the full on support of Block B‘s Zico. From the beginning it was known that D-UNIT’s team members would be switching off often for each album promotion. The new member has not been revealed yet.

Since May 2012, Zico has been participating in preparing the new album. It is said that he put all his know-hows and skills into making this album. This will mark Zico’s first producing of another group’s album, but he’s known for producing a few of Block B’s songs such as NalinA (난리나) and Nillili Mambo (닐리리맘보) which both became major hit songs. With the 2nd full album coming up, it is said that D-UNIT will have 22 songs in total within 7 months since its debut.

Song Ji Hyo’s Nylon pictorials revealed

SBS top variety show Running Man‘s ace Song Ji Hyo‘s pictorials with fashion magazine Nylon have been revealed. In these photos Song Ji Hyo is wearing a bear shaped hat with floral-patterned clothing and a lose-fit fashion to put forth a cute and innocent image.

During the photoshoot, a short interview was processed about her as an actress looking at her works. When asked how she selects which projects to work on, she answered:

“If the scenario is good, then I participate in the piece without hesitation. I don’t really think about how my image will change after a project. Because if I think of those thing, I start calculating what I need to do. You have to be victorious with the character in the movie. If you worry about anything else, the obviously you will become less confident when you act.”

Kim Kang Woo and Han Hye Jin take photo together, “our family is best”

Actor Kim Kang Woo and his sister-in-law, Han Hye Jin, recently took a photo together.

On February 13, SBS’ Healing Camp recorded with Kim Kang Woo. The recorded episode was aired February 18 and Kim Kang Woo talked about his life as an actor and truthfully spoke of his acting career and his family.

Especially as Healing Camp’s MC Han Hye Jin is Kim Kang Woo’s sister-in-law, many viewers were highly anticipating this episode. In the photo, Kim Kang Woo and Han Hye Jin pose with a thumbs-up and a bright smile.

On the other hand, it is said that Kim Kang Woo has officially begun his promotional activities for his upcoming movie Psycho-metry (싸이코메트리).

Rainbow’s 8th member? Can you find her?

KARA‘s Kang Ji Young full support for girl group Rainbow has drawn the attention of the media.

On February 17th, Rainbow’s official Twitter shared, “Meet Rainbow’s 8th member. The name….. KARA’s youngest! Kang Ji~ Kang Ji Young~“, accompanied by a photo of Kang Ji Young together with the members of Rainbow.

The photo was taken at Rainbow’s recent comeback showcase which was held on February 13th. It is said that Kang Ji Young came to support her fellow label mates who were making their comeback from the hiatus of one year and eight months.

On the other hand, Rainbow’s newest song Tell Me Tell Me has been released and the group has started their broadcast activities once again.

Seo In Guk enters the Japanese music market

Singer Seo In Guk will be entering the Japanese music market. It was stated on a Japanese sports magazine on February 18th with an article titled “Seo In Guk Japanese CD Debut on April 24th” which spread the word of his Japanese debut.

Continued in the article, “The singer and actor Seo In Guk who gained much popularity during last year’s drama Reply 1997 (응답하라 1997) will be debuting in Japan this April. The debut song will be a ballad song to allow his soft voice to stand out.”

As a singer who has yet to start his Japanese promotions and activities, Seo In Guk’s OST song All For You ranked number one, passing by the internationally known Gangnam Style by PSY, which is unusual for someone who has yet to begin his official promotions. For Seo In Guk, the Korean media is speculating a big popularity from the Japanese fans.

Seo In Guk will be debuting with an album release on April 24th.
