1. 복치킨 (Bok Chicken)
Besides the university, Bok Chicken restaurant, which is run by Bok Joo’s father with the assistance of her uncle, might be one of the most favorited spots by the fans. Unlike most site, this one is not purposely built for the drama, but it really exists.
The restaurant’s real name is called 작은마을 (Jageun Maeul). However, the fried chicken seen in the drama is not served. But still, it has a variety of Korean food, ranging from soups to rice meals, and of course drinks.
How to go:
1. Ride any of the following buses:
Blue bus: 110A, 153
Green bus: 7211, 1711, 1213, 1166, 1020
2. Get off at 국민대앞 (Kookmin University Main Gate)
3. From Kookmin University Main Gate, cross the street.
4. Go down the stairs. You will see the restaurant.
You can get off at Gireum station, and ride a bus to the place.
2. Amusement Park
This is one of the places where Joon Hyung made Bok Joo’s heart flutter a lot of times. In the drama, Joon Hyung pointed at ‘Dream World’ stop in the bus route map, which is two-stop away from Dong Dae Mun station in Seoul.
In fact, the amusement park is not located in Seoul but somewhere at the south-east, Daegu, called the E-World. You can go to Daegu from Seoul in two hours via KTX (fast train).
How to go:
- Take Exit 15 of Duryu Station of Daegu Subway.
- Walk straight until you reach the intersection.
