KARA members release solo MV’s – who owned it?

KARA has released individual music videos for their solo tracks from the self-penned compilation album Solo Collection.

On November 28, Hara unveiled her cute and bubbly music video for the track SECRET LOVE. Goo has dual roles in the music video as she plays a love-struck girl who is interested in another girl’s boyfriend whilst taking on the role of the girlfriend.

On the same day, Nicole also released her music video for LOST featuring 2AM‘s Jinwoon. Her music video has a mature ambiance as she is seen at a club. The video displays flashback scenes of Nicole and her boyfriend, but she is eventually left alone in the end.

On November 30, Jiyoung released a music video for Wanna Do, Gyuri unleashed Daydream, and Seungyeon unveiled the video for Guilty.

Maknae Jiyoung’s music video is very simple and innocent. She is seen looking at an old guitar which brings her back to the day when she was contemplating about whether she should purchase the certain guitar. However, when she finally decides, a man purchases the guitar first and they end up becoming friends. In the end, he is unable to be with her and writes ‘love’ on her guitar.

Following Jiyoung’s music video, Gyuri released the video for Daydream. The song includes an orchestral sound that adds mystery to the eerie video. Gyuri is strapped down by two men who are distinguished by their contrasting black and white coat.

Seungyeon was the last to unveil her video for Guilty. The song has a pop-rock sound and instead of a cute or sexy appearance, Seungyeon goes for a charismatic concept and performs as the vocalist of a band.

KARA releases Gyuri and Hara’s solo music videos from “KARA Collection”

Shortly after revealing music video teasers and jacket covers for their upcoming Japanese album, KARA Collection, KARA has now released individual music videos featuring Gyuri and Hara!

As reported earlier, KARA Collection is scheduled for release on September 5 and will be a special album consisting of the members’ solo songs.  The album is a collection of the member’s solo tracks and music videos and will be will be available in three editions, each with a different jacket cover.

KARA is currently promoting in Korea with the group’s 5th mini-album, PANDORA.

KARA reveals jacket covers & MV teasers for Japanese album ‘KARA Collection’

After only recently making their Korean comeback with PANDORA, popular idol group, KARA, will making another release in Japan this September!

On September 5, the girls will be releasing a special album titled KARA Collection, which will consist of each member’s first recorded solo songs. The album will be available in three editions, each with a different jacket cover. This includes Limited Edition A (CD+DVD+photobook), Limited Edition B (CD+DVD), and Regular Edition (CD). Each album will be a collection of the member’s solo tracks and music videos.

KARA release Gyuri’s video and photo teaser for ‘PANDORA’

With KARA‘s comeback drawing close, the group is now revealing more member teasers, this time featuring Gyuri!

Previously, Hara and Jiyoung‘s teasers had been revealed and now DSP Media have released Gyuri’s Teaser. Nicole and Seungyeon‘s teasers are yet to be revealed.

As reported earlier, KARA will be returning with their fifth mini-album, PANDORA, which is scheduled for release on August 22. Produced by Han Jae Ho, Kim Seung and Sweetune, the album will consist of five tracks, including the dual titled single, Pandora. In addition, the girls will be holding their comeback showcase on the day of the album’s release at Seoul Walkerhill Hotel, which will also be streamed live on YouTube.

KARA’s Jiyoung’s teaser photo revealed

DSP Media has begun to release the individual teasers photos for KARA’s upcoming album Pandora!

The first teaser photo revealed is for the youngest member, Jiyoung. In this new concept, she has departed from her usual maknae image and transformed to a grown-up image. Wearing a pink coat with her silver hair fringed, her eyes look intense at the camera as though she was looking at Pandora’s box.

Fans can look forward to the release of the other members’ teasers photos soon, in the following order: Hara, Gyuri, Nicole and Seungyeon. Pandora is set to be released on August 22.
