2018 MAMA To Spread Spectacular Shows To Three Nations

The 2018 MAMA is one of the biggest awards show in Asia and this year, it will be held in three separate nations.

The 2018 MAMA has been confirmed to have three nation stops in one week this year. The party will kick off on December 10 at the Dongdaemun Design Plaza in Seoul. Stars will gather for the beginning of the awards show for the 2018 MAMA Premiere in Korea.

Moving on, the 2018 MAMA Fans’ Choice Awards Show will be held in Japan at the Saitama Super Arena on December 12. For the final and main event, the 2018 MAMA will be held at the Asia World-Expo Arena in Hong Kong on December 14.

Three dates, three shows and a week full of music, spectacle and talent. The concept of this year’s awards show is based on the Greek god, Icarus with three key concepts – challenge, passion and dream, released through a teaser video below.

The Mnet Asian Music Awards have been supporting the dreams of artists, performers and musicians for the past 10 years. They have been constantly evolving alongside the global mainstream success of the Korean music industry and has become a window to spread Asian pop music. This year, they are determined to show an innovative stage as one of the best music festivals in Asia.

The 10th edition of MAMA will be extra special hence it will have three parts. First, the 2018 MAMA Premiere in Korea will be the venue of performances of new artists from Korea and all over Asia.

The second part is the 2018 MAMA Fans’ Choice in Japan which will showcase performances from fan favorites. Finally, the 2018 MAMA in Hong Kong will be a stage of awards for artists selected by music fans all around the world.

The online voting for the show will be held on their official website. It will start at 6 p.m. on November 1 until the midnight of December 9. Voting period will follow Korean Standard Time.
