2NE1 Surprises Fans With Grand Reunion At “2022 Coachella”

The long wait is over: 2NE1 has finally reunited!

For the first time in over six years, the legendary K-pop girl act 2NE1 has come together as a complete group for a performance to remember at this year’s Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival.

Earlier today, the unrivaled female quartet lit up the famous music festival in California. CL, who was included in 88rising’s “Head In The Clouds Forever” lineup, surprised the audience after appearing with her members Park Bom, Sandara Park, and Minzy. Together, the charismatic girl group delivered a captivating performance of their well-loved track “I AM THE BEST.”

The quartet’s special number at the 2022 Coachella marked their first performance as a group since making their legendary stage at the 2015 Mnet Asian Music Awards (MAMA). Planning out for the surprise, the members, who are usually active on social media, did not post any updates in the last few days.

2NE1 debuted under YG Entertainment with their iconic single “FIRE” in May 2009. Throughout their career, they received great love with songs such as “I Don’t Care,” “LONELY,” “Go Away,” and “Come Back Home,” among many others. They announced their disbandment in November 2016 and released their last song “Goodbye” in January of the following year.
