2PM Fulfils Promise of Electrifying Night At 15th Anniversary Concert
2PM created a new version of “hottest” concert stage when it heated up the nights in Seoul last weekend!
Celebrating their 15th debut anniversary, the group held the solo concert It’s 2PM on September 9 and 10 at Jamsil Indoor Gymnasium in Seoul.
It attracted great attention as it was about six years since the group had the concert 6Nights held in June 2017. Inescapably, all tickets were sold out after opening a pre-sale for the official fan club HOTTEST.
On September 10, the last day of the performance, in addition to the offline performance, the concert was broadcast live online for a fee through the Beyond LIVE platform, reaching more fans from all over the world.
Jun.K, Nichkhun, Ok Taecyeon, Jang Wooyoung, Lee Junho, and Hwang Chansung – truly lived up to the name of 2PM, which means “the hottest time of the day”.

JUN. K appeared singing the first song, “I’ll Be Back”, unaccompanied, and opened the concert hall with great cheers. When the song “Aren’t you crazy?” rang out, the audience all got up from their seats and danced happily, enjoying the performance.
Thereafter, “Hands Up,” “10 out of 10,” “Again & Again,” erupted and the crowd responded by singing along to a parade of hit songs. Effortlessly, they rave enthusiastically from the introductory beat, such as “Without U” and “Heartbeat”.
Escalating the frenzied vibe of the concert further, 2PM vaunted their powerful energy and stage manners as they danced sleekly. In particular, difficult choreography such as human tower and mid-air turns based on 2PM’s proprietary acrobatics, as well as a wild ending pose that tears one’s shirt, were performed in an upgraded version to enthuse the audience.
Stages with strong 2PM unique colors also attracted attention including the famous K-pop song “My House”, the Korean version of “I’m Your Man” which shows off the members’ physical skills, “I have to do it,” and “Ha.ni.man.” They showed off their unrivaled presence with songs rich in manly charisma.

In addition, they increased satisfaction by singing songs that fans wanted to see, such as “I Can’t’,” “Only You,” and “It’s Okay, It’s Okay”.
The members performed over 30 songs, including an encore, and completed a concert filled with passionate passion.
The six members, who were close together as 2PM for 15 years and 20 years including the trainee period, shared many memories. From the time they practiced together before their debut, to the time they cried when they received a paper airplane event from fans during their first concert, to the time they won the ‘Best Popular Song Award Voted by Viewers’ at the 2009 KBS Song Festival with “Again & Again”.
All moments, such as standing on the same stage with entertainment representative producer Park Jin-young and performing in the rain while being called “BPM,” remained as unforgettable memories for the members, and they all shared stories and burst into laughter.

The fantastic chemistry of old friends with Hottest, the trustworthy fans who made every moment of 2PM shone was also relayed. The members made eye contact with fans throughout the venue and naturally elicited a positive response with affectionate gestures.
Notably, a lift was prepared to raise the stage set up to the second floor, bringing fans closer to all seats. As always, Hottest gave generous cheers to every gesture and look of 2PM’s eyes during this concert, and turned up the heat even more by chanting “2PM!” at the end of each song.
Also, at the end of the performance, a special event was held with the message “Thank you, I love you”, which left a deep impression on 2PM. In addition to the previously composed set list, they improvised songs that fans wanted to hear and repeatedly expressed their extraordinary love for fans by singing “Thank You” and “I Won’t Let You Go”, which were filled with deep sincerity toward the hot star.
They said, “This concert is held to celebrate 2PM’s 15th anniversary, but it is also a concert to commemorate 15 years with Hottest. You are the reason 2PM dances and sings. You made it possible for the six of us to stand on this stage. We gave it to all of you. We were really eagerly waiting for this moment, but it felt like a dream. It’s been a while since we stood in front of the fans, so we wanted to show them everything and the essence of 2PM.”
They added, “We are lucky and blessed to have met the hottest people in our life. We are sincerely grateful to each and everyone for being by our side for 15 years and making 2PM what it is.”

Notably, the 15th anniversary single “It’s 2PM” had great meaning for 2PM, and the encore was added which made the performance last for about four hours, creating another unforgettable memory with fans.
The six members, who tore up the stage and proved their strong presence in the single “It’s 2PM” will continue the concert fever by visiting the Ariake Arena in Tokyo, Japan for two days on October 7 and 8.
