“Busan One Asia Festival 2019” To Gift Fans With Extraordinary Hallyu Fiesta
A feast for fans of Korean music and culture is coming up!
Busan One Asia Festival (BOF) is a mega Hallyu event which takes place annually and gives fans the opportunity to enjoy different kinds of content that include K-pop concerts, fan meetings and exhibitions.
Organized by the Busan Metropolitan city, this year’s edition is set to kick off a star-studded line-up. For 2020 BOF, the line-up was planned by taking note of fan’s preferences using big data analysis.
The mega festival which is set to start next month will run from October 19 to 25 and will feature a wide variety of events.
Guide to the Events
There are three main events scheduled for the festival namely, K-Pop concert, Hip Hop Mash-up and Family Park Concert.
Former member of Wanna One and now a soloist, Kim Jae Hwan and Gugudan’s Kim Sejeong will be the emcees for the K-pop concert. On top of that, Lee Jin Hyuk, member of UP10TION, also known for his participation in Produce X 101 along with Sujeong, member of LOVELYz will be the hosts for the Family Park Concert.
The organizers had announced the first and second rosters which consists of popular K-Pop groups like Mamamoo, GFriend, (G)I-DLE, ATEEZ, Stray Kids, ITZY, AB6IX, LOVELYZ and JBJ95.
Furthermore, the lineup also includes famous Korean hip hop artists like Simon Dominic, Punchnello and Hoody who will be a part of the Hip Hop Mash-Up. The third and final line-up will be announced early next month and more popular K-Pop stars are expected to follow.

Busan One Asia Festival is the biggest Hallyu festival held in Busan every year with the entire city adding to the various festivities. Therefore, fans can expect the festival to have lots of fun and exciting events on K-Culture.
Tickets for the event are already available for sale. As per the organizers, the event will take place at the outdoor stage of Busan’s Hwamyung Ecological Park, Haeundae Beach and Busan Cinema along with some other famous public areas in the city.
