Dua Lipa Joins BLACKPINK’s Newark Concert For Much-Awaited “Kiss And Make Up” Performance
North American BLINKs are surely delighted to witness the powerful performance of BLACKPINK and Dua Lipa!
British pop star Dua Lipa graced BLACKPINK’s concert in Newark, New Jersey on May 1. The girls surprised fans as they performed their collaborative track “Kiss And Make Up” for the first time ever.
Without giving any single hint, the girls were able to pull off an astonishing moment for all BLINKs presented at the Prudential Center.
After finishing their much-awaited performance, Dua expressed how grateful she was able to meet and work with Jennie, Jisoo, Rose, and Lisa.
The K-Pop quartet then replied, “We’re thankful and happy that you performed with us.”
The international singer also posted a special photo of her together with the idols through Instagram.
“Soundcheck with my babies BLACKPINK before we took the stage to perform ‘Kiss and Make Up’ for the very first time tonight in NYC together. I have so much love for these girls and for our friendship xx,” Lipa wrote in the caption.
Jisoo then left a sweet comment on the post, “You are the best.”
Additionally, BLACKPINK members took time to show their love and gratitude to Lipa and BLINKs in a series of Instagram posts.

Meanwhile, the femme fatale artists will be continuing the North American leg of their In Your Area World Tour 2019 this May.
Embarking on a six-city tour in the US, the girls had already finished performing in Los Angeles, Chicago, Hamilton, and most recently in Newark. Moreover, they will be greeting fans in Atlanta on May 5 before gracing the stage in Texas on May 8.
