Former U-KISS Member Dong Ho To Return To Manila For “JINRO Kristmas”
Welcome back, Dong Ho!
The last time Shin Dong Ho came to the Philippines to perform was in 2013. He stood on stage then as the youngest member of South Korean boy group U-KISS in a concert at the Mall of Asia Open Grounds. But the years have gone by and Dong Ho has since assumed a new identity as a DJ.
Now, he is coming back to the archipelago as DJ Rushin Justin to party and celebrate an early Christmas at the JINRO Kristmas on December 16 at the Club House Manila, Remington Hotel, Resorts World, Manila. He will headline the event, sponsored by Korea’s No. 1 liquor company, Hite Jinro.
Dong Ho will showcase a live performance as a DJ alongside DJ Sparky from Korea and DJs from the Philippines. Comma Entertainment, the organizer of the HiteJinro’s overseas events, promised the biggest Christmas celebration ever with massive gifts and freebies. Regular tickets are priced at Php 500 each.
Keep an eye on the official Facebook page of Taste HiteJinro to get a chance to win invitation tickets. Attendees are encouraged to be in white and red as the event’s dress code.
Dong Ho debuted as a member of U-KISS in 2008 with “Not Young.” Aside from his activities in the group, he was also active in variety shows, participating in Idol Maknae Rebellion and Raising Idol, among others.
In 2010, he made his acting debut with the film Villain and Widow. He then followed this with the MBC drama Royal Family, Holy Land, and Don’t Cry Mommy.
After six years in the industry, Dong Ho decided to leave U-KISS and the entertainment world to lead a simple life. Since his departure, he ventured into DJ-ing, assuming the name DJ Rushin Justin. He has performed in Japan and Korea as a DJ.
In 2015, he got married and welcomed a son on the following year. He also made appearances in Radio Star and The Return of Superman after being a father.
JINRO Kristmas is sponsored by HiteJinro and presented by Comma Entertainment.
