HallyuPopFest 2019: A.C.E. To Take Fans Higher As They Join 2019 Artist Lineup In Singapore

The group becomes the fifth artist added to the roster of acts who will fire up the stage in this year’s festival.

At 6PM on March 7, HallyuPopFest proudly announced the group as the next artist to join SUPER JUNIOR, PENTAGON, (G)I-DLE and OH MY GIRL.

The five-member group will set foot in Singapore for the second time. A.C.E.’s first performance in the country took place in the 2018 StarHub Night of Stars . They brought home the Best New Comer Award that night.

Just like the previous announcements, a teaser clue has been provided before the reveal. Fans were quick to correctly guess the answer to the clue pertaining to A.C.E.

A.C.E. (Adventure Calling Emotions)

The group members comprised of Donghun, Wow, Jun, Kim Byeongkwan and Chan have participated in different survival shows. They gained recognition as they posted their BTS and BLACKPINK covers via YouTube. A.C.E. officially debuted in May 2017 with the single “Cactus”. Their second single “Callin” was also released the same year.

The following year in June, they released their repackaged album, A.C.E. Adventures in Wonderland, with lead single “Take Me Higher”. It was also in 2018 that they embarked on a North and South American tours with A.C.E WORLD TOUR [TO BE AN ACE].

In 2019, they added nine European cities in their world tour with Dublin (March 8) and London (March 10) as the last two stops.

HallyuPopFest is celebrating its second year of becoming Southeast Asia’s largest K-Pop music festival. This year, HallyuPopFest2019 festivities will take place in Singapore in May 25 and 26.

Last year’s festival saw a first-of-its-kind as fans are gifted with three awesome days of fun and performances from K-pop’s biggest acts. Apart from these, fans were also able to enjoy various activities. On site, festival-goers took part in red carpet events, global auditions and up-close artist engagement sessions.
