Tickets are now up for grabs! And if you’re looking for more reasons to secure your own ticket, look no further. We put together a playlist to let you know the kind of talent you can look forward to seeing at the K-Pop World Music Festival 2019.

Powering Up the Night with Red Velvet

Returning to the Philippine stage is the charming girl group Red Velvet!

Seulgi, Irene, Wendy, Yeri, and Joy kicked off their shining careers in 2014, bringing “Happiness” to the world with their debut. Everyone definitely responded with much joy as the girls became the first K-Pop rookie girl group to have their debut single enter the Billboard charts on Billboard.

They first charmed their Manila Reveluvs at the Best of Best in the Philippines in 2015, joining Super Junior, Girls’ Generation, and BTOB. Since then, everyone has been waiting to see how these girls have grown.

This year, Reveluvs can look forward to seeing the girl group bring bigger stages and catchier songs to SM Mall of Asia Arena. Through the years, the girls have only gotten better, taking on bigger international stages, topping music charts across the globe, and exploring different ventures.

Get yourself pumped up for their return by giving “RBB (Really Bad Boy)” a listen. It’s a track that received a lot of love from Reveluvs and music critics alike.

Getting Your Feels Ready for “Superhuman” NCT 127

NCT 127, meanwhile, took Manila by storm when the boys headlined K-Pop Republic 2 in 2017. The phenomenal NCT unit made waves since debuting in 2016. The boys’ self-titled debut extended play dominated the Gaon Charts and eventually debuted on the Billboard World Albums chart.

NCT 127 members will meet their Manila NCTzens once again — fresh from their “Superhuman” comeback. They are currently on NEO CITY: USA – The Origin tour, and are set to make an appearance on The Late Late Show With James Corden.

Having the Sweetest Dream with ELRIS

Another quintet set to take the stage is dreamy rookie group ELRIS!

For the very first time, the girls will bring their sweet vocals and equally bright performances to the SM Mall of Asia Arena stage. Under HUNUS Entertainment, these shining stars made their debut with the mini album We, First on June 2017.

After bringing color to the sound waves, ELRIS rose to prominence the year after through its third EP Summer Dream. Later that year, the girls received the Best Female Rookie Group at the 24th Korean Entertainment Arts Awards.

Shining the “Spotlight” On Sohee of ELRIS

ELRIS’ Sohee has had quite the journey to the top!

She rose to fame as a contestant on K-pop Star 6: The Last Chance, where she emerged as the runner-up. Before debuting with ELRIS, Sohee kicked off her career as a soloist. On May 2017, she shone the lights on her as she released her debut single “Spotlight”.

Sohee also lent her charming vocals in various collaborations, working with JBJ’s Kim Sang Gyun and Bolbbalgan4.

Focusing on the Stunning Kim Dong Han

Wrapping up the K-Pop World Music Festival 2019 lineup is JBJ alumnus Kim Dong Han!

This special concert will mark his comeback to Manila after more than a year since JBJ’s debut and final concert in the country. He made his name known in South Korea and other parts of the world as a contestant on the second season of Produce 101.

Despite not making it in the final lineup, Kim Dong Han, together with Roh Tae Hyun, Kenta, Kim Sang Gyun, Jin Longguo, and Kwon Hyun Bin, debuted as a member of JBJ thanks to fans’ demand.

After JBJ’s disbandment in 2018, Kim Dong Han took center stage and debuted as a soloist later that year. Since then, Kim Dong Han has only risen higher and higher, topping the charts and charming everyone with his beautifully stunning vocals. He recently came back with his third mini album, D-HOURS AM 7:03.

Keep your focus on Kim Dong Han with his latest single “Focus”!
