KCON 2020 Japan Announces Ticketing Details & Prices

The KCON 2020 Japan has announced its ticket prices for this year’s convention. Other than convention tickets, there are several special tickets to choose from – Concert tickets and Meet and Greet passes.
There are two types of concert tickets, 1-Day ticket and 3-Day ticket, available for purchase. Both tickets are entitled for an entrance for the convention and for the M Countdown concert.
All seats are reserved and for the 3-day ticket holders, they will be getting the same seats for the rest of the event days. All concert seats are decided through lottery.
A 3-Day ticket costs 31,950 JPY including tax fees while a 1-Day ticket costs 12,950 JPY with tax inclusions as well.
At the entrance, each ticket holder will be getting a wristband. For those who will be attending the 3-day event, the wristband given in the first day is good for the whole duration of the event. Be reminded that the ticket and the wristband are needed for the entrance of M Countdown.
Meet & Greet Passes
There are two types of Meet and Greet passes: Meet & Greet ticket and Meet & Greet 1-day pass.
Both tickets do not serve as passes for the convention. Participants can only enter the designated exhibition halls for the corresponding activities.
Most of the Meet & Greet participating events are held between 10:15 and 16:30 of the day, but schedules are often changing. Also, there is a chance to participate in any special events and red carpet activities, but it will be by lottery.
The Meet & Greet 1-Day Pass holders can participate in all scheduled artists engagement session for that selected day. These type of ticket holders will be accommodated first before the Meet & Greet ticket purchasers.
While, the Meet & Greet ticket can only participate on the activities of your chosen artist. The ticket holders will enter after calling all the Meet and Greet 1-Day Pass holders.
A Meet & Greet 1-Day Pass costs 12,950 JPY (tax included) while a Meet & Greet ticket costs 4,950 JPY (tax included).

KCON is the biggest annual Korean cultural convention held all over the world. Since 2012, it started with the aim to increase awareness about Korea and its culture through showcasing music, fashion, beauty, food, and entertainment.
KCON 2020 Japan will be happening on April 3-5 at Makuhari Messe International Exhibition Hall.
