Expectations are high after KCON:TACT unveiled its entire lineup of artists set to participate in KCON:TACT Season 2. The company behind the annual KCON conventions, CJ ENM, will collaborate for this year’s event with the Korea Creative Content Agency. The event runs from October 16 to the 25, and is filled with some of K-pop’s most popular artists.

The latter event announcements revealed ATEEZ, CLC, DAY6 (Even of Day), Dreamcatcher, GHOST9,  IZ*ONE, Kim Jae Hwan, Natty, ONEUS, TOO, VERIVERY, and WEi will all join the artist roster for the concerts. Notably, the artist announcements for ATEEZ and CLC had fans riled up for the upcoming event.

ATEEZ, who was the opening, middle, and ending act for last summer’s final KCON:TACT concert day, joins the event once more. The group completed a world tour across five cities in North America and 10 in Europe only six months following their debut. Notably, their popularity surged up after their feat at the 34th Golden Disk Awards, winning the “Next Generation Award”. These achievements and the high demand from fans to see them at KCON:TACT continues proving their global support.

CLC topped iTunes’ charts in 11 regions globally with their recent title track, “HELICOPTER“. Members will immerse fans in their more powerful and mature stage, bringing the impactful energy of their comeback to the event.

DAY6’s first unit since debuting five years ago, Even of Day, will also make an appearance. Their latest release, The Book of Us: Gluon – Nothing Can Tear Us Apart also topped iTunes charts worldwide.

Meanwhile, Dreamcatcher will also perform, whose rock sound captivated audiences across the globe. Their fifth mini-album, Dystopia: Lose Myself ranked in the top 10 for iTunes album charts in 16 countries, and ranked in the top 100 for Apple album charts in 18 countries.

GHOST9, the nine-member rookie boy group currently taking the industry by storm, will also join. Their debut song “Think of Dawn” impressed with their futuristic music video. Fans are excited to see more of their skills and powerful performance charisma.

Additionally, IZ*ONE, who quickly solidified themselves as a top Hallyu idol following debut, is also on the list of performers. They recently held their solo concert “ONERIC THEATER” last month and will meet fans once again through KCON:TACT.

Soloists Kim Jae Hwan and Natty, will also show incredible stages. Kim Jae Hwan boasts his singing and songwriting skills, as well as his all-around entertaining capabilities. Natty, who debuted this year, displays admirable choreographies as well as impactful stage presence, showing her potential as a rising soloist.

Up and coming Hallyu groups, ONEUS and TOO also join the roster. ONEUS recently won the “New Hallyu Music Icon Award” at the “2020 Soribada Best K-Music Awards”. Furthermore, they entered the U.S. Billboard Social 50 chart for seven consecutive weeks, showing their growing global fame.

Monster rookie TOO, will also take the KCON:TACT stage. They ranked number one on the Hanteo Chart and entered the top 1- in the iTunes K-POP album chart, displaying promising potential.

Finally, VERIVERY and WEi also join the star-studded lineup for KCON:TACT Season 2. VERIVERY have fans hailing not only from Asia, but also the Americas and Europe. They will also release their fifth mini-album FACE US, on October 13 which heightens expectations for their appearance.
