Melon Music Awards 2020 Announces Details For Its Upcoming December Ceremony
Year-end award season is just around the corner — and the Melon Music Awards 2020 has revealed the details for its upcoming ceremony!
With the current pandemic situation, Melon Music Awards 2020 will be held non-face-to-face on the first week of December and will be broadcast online.
Since 2005, the Melon Music Awards has been selecting deserving artists as reflected by fans’ votes and expert review based on data collected from the nation’s largest music platform, Melon, during the year.
This year, in line with the pandemic restrictions policy, the company will expand the interaction between artists and fans through online and non-face-to-face methods and present new ways to enjoy the culture.
Taking advantage of the online platforms, MMA 2020 will further connect music with artists and fans around the world and provide rich contents.
During the MMA Week (December 2-5), the company will present variety of special videos, playlists, and melon magazines, featuring the stories of various artists, as well as exciting participatory events exclusive for Melon members. The official video teaser for the awards ceremony will be revealed on November 6.
MMA 2020 will be broadcast live via KakaoTalk, Melon, 1theK, KakaoTV, Daum, and various global media partners.
More details will be provided on Melon’s official website and social media accounts (Instagram and Twitter).
