PENTAGON Postpones “WE L:VE” Online Concert Due To COVID-19 Regulations
Fans would have to wait a little longer to see PENTAGON grace the concert stage!
Well-loved K-pop boy group PENTAGON has unfortunately postponed their highly-anticipated online concert WE L:VE.
On November 28, the group’s agency, Cube Entertainment, made the official announcement via social media.
“Hello, this is Cube Entertainment. We regret to inform you that 2020 PENTAGON ONLINE CONCERT [WE L:VE] which was meant to be held on November 29th 2020 at 3 PM (KST) has been postponed due to emergency reasons,” the agency first shared.
Cube Entertainment then revealed that Yeo One voluntarily got tested after he crossed paths with a confirmed COVID-19 case. Soon after, the result showed that the idol tested negative. Due to the COVID-19 prevention guidelines, he has to undergo a self-quarantine.
In order to prevent any unexpected circumstances, the rest of PENTAGON decided to get tested for COVID-19 and strictly adhere to self-quarantine measures as well.
“We sincerely apologize to those who have been waiting for the concert, and we ask for your generous understanding as this decision was made to ensure the artists and staff’s health and safety and abide to the quarantine regulations,” the agency said.
Fans should stay tuned as more details about the postponement will be released soon.
