“Running Man” Further Postpones Manila Fan Meeting To December

“Kita kits pa rin tayo ha?” – Filipino runners would have to wait a little longer to meet their favorite Running Man variety stars in Manila!

The well-loved cast of South Korean variety show Running Man will be visiting the Philippines at a later date in light of the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak.

Just recently, the show announced via its social media channels that the group’s A Decade of Laughter fan meeting in Manila has been moved to the latter part of 2020.

Hoping that Filipino fans and their families are safe and well amid the health crisis, the show shared via a letter that the Running Man members are all still very much looking forward to meeting the fans. “Unfortunately, the event has been rescheduled to December 6, 2020. We hope all our countries have flattened the curve of COVID-19 and become safer by this time,” the program wrote.

Noting that the safety and well-being of everyone as the top priority, the cast, and staff of the popular variety show request for fans’ understanding and patience.

Originally, Yoo Jae Suk, Ji Suk Jin, Kim Jong Kook, Ha Ha, Song Ji Hyo, Lee Kwang Soo, Jeon So Min, and Yang Se Chan are scheduled to visit Manila last February 9. The production and its local promoter Happee Hour first postponed the fan meeting to June 21.

Aiming to give back all the love, Running Man vows to continuously treat viewers with fun-filled episodes in the weeks to come.
