SM Entertainment To Hold Large-scale K-Pop Concert In Dubai
SM Entertainment is set to land in Dubai for SMTOWN LIVE WORLD TOUR VI IN DUBAI on April 6.
SMTOWN LIVE opened its first tour in 2008 as the company’s global K-pop tour series. Dubai will be the sixth destination for SM Entertainment artists after holding performances in world-renowned cities including New York, Los Angeles, Paris, Beijing and Tokyo.
SMTOWN LIVE WORLD TOUR VI IN DUBAI will be held in Autism Rocks Arena, a large outdoor concert venue in Dubai, where global musicians with the likes of Justin Bieber, Ed Sheeran, Elton John, have already performed in.
SM Entertainment’s phenomenal groups are expected to grace the event. EXO, TVXQ, Super Junior and Red Velvet are confirmed to lead the upcoming concert stage.

With the growing popularity of Hallyu content in the Middle East, the initiatives to host K-pop events have been hosted by various organizations to cater the emerging market of followers in the Arab region.
SMTOWN LIVE will visit Dubai for the first time although similar events have already been held previously to support the Korean wave. SM artists and staff are expected to travel together in chartered flights.
