Girls’ Generation’s Taeyeon Becomes First Female K-Pop Soloist To Stage Back-To-Back Concerts In Thailand

Girls’ Generation’s Taeyeon once again proves her Hallyu star status as she successfully completed the Bangkok leg of her ‘s… Taeyeon Concert Tour.

Held on December 1 and 2 at the Thunder Dome in Bangkok, the singer became the first K-Pop female soloist to stage two consecutive concerts in Thailand.

She kicked off December for Thai Sones with captivating performances of her hit songs, including “I”, “Why”, “Fine”, and “Rain”.

She also performed the tracks from her latest album Something New, such as the lead track “Something New”, “Here I Am”, “Love You Like Crazy”, “Do You Love Me?”, and “Gravity”.

The concerts ran for two and half hours each, leaving fans with sweet memories and mesmerizing moments from the 24-song set list to reminisce.

Bangkok was the second international stop of the ‘s… Concert Tour, which began in Seoul on October 20 and 21 at the Jamsil Arena.

The talented vocalist then captivated Hong Kong with her soulful voice and strong stage presence on November 17 at the AsiaWorld Arena, marking the first international stop of her concert tour.

Additionally, Taeyeon also became the first South Korean female artist to hold a solo concert at the AsiaWorld Arena, the largest indoor seated venue in Hong Kong.

Following Bangkok, the leader of Girls’ Generation will bring her concert tour to Manila on December 14. Next year, she will take her concert to Singapore on January 12.
