Yeo Jin Goo To Create Special Memories With Filipino Fans Next Year
The Hotel Del Luna star will stage his first fan meeting in the country in February 2020.
Yeo Jin Goo fans are in for a treat! The former child actor will spend a meaningful day with his Filipino fans through a fan meet. On December 12, event organizer Wilbros Live announced through their social media accounts Yeo Jin Goo’s fan meeting event in the Philippines.

Yeo Jin Goo – Memory Line First Fan Meeting in Manila 2020 will happen on February 1 at 6PM in the New Frontier Theater. Tickets will commence selling on December 22 at 11AM through TicketNet website and branches.
Ticket prices for the fan meeting is yet to be disclosed. Watch out for updates through Wilbros Live’s social media accounts.
Update: On December 16 ticket prices and perks were revealed.

All ticket holders are entitled to the Hi-Touch session which will happen after the event. Fans will also take home the official poster. Meanwhile, all those who will purchase the VVIP tickets will have the opportunity to participate in the Group Photo, for which date, time and place will be announced soon. Also, 40 VVIP ticket holders will get the chance to join the Fan Sign event.
Moreover, 40 fans with VIP tickets and 20 ORCHESTRA ticket purchasers will also have a chance to participate in the fan sign. Twenty (20) fans from each ticket tier will take home autographed posters. Lucky event-goers who will join the fan sign and get the signed posters will be announced on or before January 31.
The nation’s favorite child actor
Yeo debuted at the age of eight through the 2005 film Sad Movie. Since then, he has appeared in several dramas and has played the younger versions of the lead characters. Through his roles in the 2008 SBS dramas Iljimae and Tazza, Yeo Jin Goo clinched his first acting award. He won the Best Child Actor trophy at the SBS Drama Awards for both series.
Yeo Jin Goo’s Rise to Fame
In 2012, he gained even more prominence after starring in the period drama Moon Embracing the Sun. He portrayed the younger version of the crown prince. He then appeared in the melodrama Missing You, once again playing the younger character version of the male lead. His performance in both dramas earned him another acting trophy. He won the Best Young Actor award at the 2012 MBC Drama Awards.
The year 2013 saw Yeo Jin Goo’s transition to lead roles as he played the titular character in the action film Hwayi: A Monster Boy. His portrayal in the said movie gave him acting awards in several award-giving bodies including the Blue Dragon Film Awards. At sixteen years old, he was the youngest recipient of the Best New Actor award in the history of Blue Dragon Film Awards.
His first leading role in a TV drama was through the 2015 teen vampire series Orange Marmalade. In 2017, he starred in dramas Circle and Reunited Worlds and in the movie Warriors of the Dawn.
2019 was quite a busy year for Yeo Jin Goo as he headlined three dramas of distinct genres. He had dual roles in the historical drama The Crowned Clown and portrayed a humanoid robot in the romantic comedy My Absolute Boyfriend. His last drama project for the year was the highly successful fantasy-mystery drama Hotel Del Luna opposite singer-actress IU (Lee Ji Eun).
Recently, Yeo Jin Goo held a domestic fan meeting on October 12, 2019. He staged it at the Art Center Grand Theater of Chung Ang University.
