Zico Spent Quality Time With Fans At Seoul Fan Event

After four years, producer-artist Zico completed an intimate gathering with his cherished fans.

A fan event HEY ZICO! GIVE ME A MINUTE? was held and hosted by the artist following the concept of a popular web entertainment show.

Accordingly, the fan event was held four years after the solo concert and fan meeting in 2019.

Opening the event, Zico greeted the local Commons warmly. He sweetly remarked how the event is designed for them to meet, ask questions and talk. But instead of him, his beloved Commons will be doing the hosting.

Accompanied by his fans, Zico gifted a live performance of seven songs and an honest talk time. He shared meaningful memories by answering various questions and requests from fans, such as writing New Year’s wishes, dating advice, sleeping advice, drawing portraits for fans, and styling suggestions.

Zico’s fantastic live band and overwhelming stage presence captivated the audience inevitably. In particular, “Any Song”, “I am you, You are Me”, “Actually”, “Pride and Prejudice (Feat. Suran)”, “Artist”, “Human” and other colorful tracks heightened his prepared set list.

Fans sang together in the audience and completed the performance with Zico by following the choreography of the challenge.

Thanking fans for their support and love, he conveyed his gratitude and affection.

“Today seems to be the time we really wanted. Whenever I was happy or sad, I was always congratulated and comforted by Commons. So, when an opportunity like today arose, I wanted to express my feelings directly. Let go of all the hardships of the past, and hope that there will be only happy things in the time to come. Thank you for waiting and for welcoming me again. Let’s run together in 2023.”

Meanwhile, Zico released her 4th mini-album Grown Ass Kid and “New Thing” (Feat. Hommies) featured in Streetman Fighter Vol. 3 which are successive hits last year. In addition to this, he has won the Bonsang at the 32nd Seoul Music Awards, the Prime Minister’s Commendation at the 2022 Korean Popular Culture and Arts Awards, and Global Music Trend Leader Award at the 2022 MAMA AWARDS.
