ITZY’s Lia Captivates In 1st Solo Pictorial With Elle Korea

Lia, a member of ITZY, worked on her first individual pictorial with the fashion magazine Elle. This pictorial captures moments like a break during her group’s ongoing world tour CHECKMATE. Under dazzling natural light, Lia enhanced the perfection of each cut by revealing her unique face and youthful energy to the fullest.

In an interview conducted after the photo shoot, Lia shared her thoughts on ITZY’s first world tour. Now, about seven months have passed since the start of the tour, she said, “At first, it was awkward to walk around the big concert hall. However, I definitely enjoyed interacting with fans in every nook and cranny. I also came up with a way to distribute my stamina,” she said.

Additionally, Lia shared her admiration for her team. “Whether it’s on stage or in everyday life, we’re always trying to spread healthy and positive energy. I like the energy generated when the five of us get together. Even if it’s trivial, it’s full of moments where we feel happy among ourselves.”

Like the message of the most recently released title song “Cheshire,” when asked if they are enjoying the moments right in front of them, she responded, “It seems like we are living hard. I think the fact that those emotions touch me deeply when I’m having a hard time or when I’m happy is proof that I’m walking with all my heart. I hope that I can run more leisurely in the future based on the steps I did my best.”
