BTS’ Suga Reveals Fascinating Story About His Collaboration With Halsey For “SUGA’s Interlude”
ARMYs are surely enjoying the newest collaborative track from BTS’ Suga and Halsey!
Well-loved idol and producer Suga of worldwide K-Pop group BTS has recently surprised fans with the release of his latest song together with American artist Halsey.
Earlier this year, BTS first teamed up with Halsey for their record-breaking hit “Boy With Luv”. Gifting fans with another incredible collaboration, the famous singer-songwriter unveiled her digital single titled “SUGA’s Interlude” on December 6.

The track off her new album Manic features Suga and his genius lyrics which talks about the emotions that keep resurfacing which hinders oneself from gaining happiness.

In the evening of December 13, the multi-talented idol took time to spend time with fans through a 40-minute special V Live broadcast.
Greeting fans with his black long sleeve, the BTS member shared the interesting facts about his latest collaboration with Halsey.
Narrating how happy he was with how “SUGA’s Interlude” turned out, the idol likewise revealed the huge advantage of being in the digital age. “We didn’t even meet once in person to talk about how to collaborate on this song. But the end result is still amazing. I’m very relieved,” he said.
A Huge “Thank You” to Halsey
When he first received the request for the collaboration, Suga said that it actually surprised him at first because he’s not good at English.
“She said it was okay, and she asked me to do it in Korean. I wanted to thank Halsey for that, but I couldn’t when we met in the United States, because I’m not good at English,” he added.

He likewise unveiled the story on how he created the track. Sharing that the song was the one he had written sometime in 2017, the talented idol and producer said that he gave her the beat to start working on the track.
“It was originally more upbeat. After the arrangement, it became more minimalist,” he revealed.
