Jung Yong Hwa Sweetly Pours Teasers In Upcoming Collaboration Single

Boices can rejoice as CNBLUE’s Jung Yong Hwa plans to make a comeback with a special collaboration single release!

Jung Yong Hwa of CNBLUE thrilled fans by announcing his comeback on May 11th! The singer released the first teaser poster for his newest single, “Would You Marry Me?” across CNBLUE’s Fancafe SNS platforms. Set to release on May 19th, the single is a special collaboration track.

Featuring Lee Joon, Highlight’s Yoon Doojoon, and ZE:A’s Hwang Kwanghee, the song reunites the famous friends featured in MBC’s variety show Infinite Challenge during the “Wedding Singers” episode in 2016.

FNC Entertainment provided further hints towards the song, telling media outlets “Would You Marry Me?” is a song to support couples who have been overcoming difficult challenges together. The wedding song will have an upbeat tempo perfect for the approaching springtime.

Moreover, the single is one of the songs from Yong Hwa’s collaboration project titled, Answer, which aims to treat awaiting fans to songs discussing memories of the past and hopes for the future.

Following the first announcement poster, Yong Hwa also released a behind the scenes video that delighted fans with footage of the song’s studio recording session.

The artist excites fans even more by the subsequent announcement of a wedding event.

The singer invites those planning a proposal or a wedding during May or June in Korea, to enter a competition. After submitting their relationship story to a Google form, Yong Hwa will choose one lucky couple to send a congratulatory singing video to. Moreover, staff will visit the site of the proposal or wedding to film them and use the footage for his comeback broadcast.

On May 14th, the singer released another teaser photo, increasing fans’ anticipation.

The picture shows the artist sitting behind a piano as if he is performing at a wedding, surrounded by spring flowers and greenery.
