BLACKPINK Named As Top Girl Group In March Brand Rankings
Proving their astounding influence, BLACKPINK has recently topped the brand reputation rankings for the month of March!
From scoring huge deals from global brands to starring in various advertising campaigns, photoshoots, and content, phenomenal girl group BLACKPINK definitely owns the spotlight this March. They recently dominated the brand rankings again, proving that they are indeed an unstoppable and multitalented K-Pop girl group.
According to the recent data released by the Korean Business Research Institute, BLACKPINK has once again secured the No. 1 spot in the brand reputation rankings for female idol groups.
The list provided by the organization is based on several factors including consumer participation, and media, communication, interaction, and community indices.
Notably, the institute was able to analyze 45,909,874 number of brand big data from February 13, 2022 to March 13, 2022. Compared to the 49,804,467 big data of girl group brands in February, it decreased by 7.82%.
A WELL-DESERVED REIGN
Dominating the list with great pride. YG Entertainment’s prized girl group BLACKPINK acquired a brand reputation index of 4,152,893. It decreased by 15.49% compared to their data in February.
Specifically, the girl group had a participation index of 179,996, a media index of 833,715, a communication index of 999,040, and a community index of 2,140,142.
Some of the high-ranking phrases in BLACKPINK’s keyword analysis are “schedule abroad,” “fashion,” and “model.” Meanwhile, the words “release,” “recover,” and “selected” appeared in the list of their highest-ranking related terms. The group’s positivity-negativity analysis also revealed a score of 67.89% of positive reactions.
OTHER GROUP’S THE CONQUERED THE MONTH OF MARCH
Taking the second and third places are second generation top girl groups Apink and Girls Generation. The former superbly attained a brand reputation index of 3,901,932, while the latter obtained a brand reputation index of 3,390,267. Apink and Girls Generation’s index increased by 51.55% and 34.64% since February.
Demonstrating their outstanding popularity, TWICE and Red Velvet scored the fourth and fifth spots. Meanwhile, OH MY GIRL, aespa, STAYC, MAMAMOO, and IVE placed sixth to tenth respectively.
