800 million views for a choreography video? BLACKPINK and BLINKs have achieved that!

Femme fatale quartet BLACKPINK has added their dance performance video for “How You Like That” to their list of MVs with 800 million views on YouTube.

Jennie, Jisoo, Rose, and Lisa released the dance performance video for “How You Like That” on July 6, 2020. They achieved the impressive YouTube milestone in just one year, one month, and five days after its release.

Notably, it obtained the highest YouTube record for a K-pop choreography video. Moreover, it became the sixth video of BLACKPINK to surpass 800 million views. Other videos of the group that reached the feat are MVs namely, “As If It’s Your Last,” “BOOMBAYAH,” “DDU-DU-DDU-DU,” “Kill This Love,” and “How You Like That.”

BLACKPINK’s “How You Like That” is a song with the message to soar high in any situation. It was named the “Song of the Summer” at the 2020 MTV Video Music Awards.

Meanwhile, BLACKPINK met with fans through Naver V LIVE to celebrate their 5th anniversary on August 8th. This broadcast, which lasted for over an hour, attracted more than 230 million hearts and 1.76 million simultaneous viewers.
