BTS Strikes 100 Million YouTube Views With “Film Out” MV

Another achievement for the worldwide superstar, BTS!

Continuously raking feats on YouTube, the South Korean boy group BTS has made a new impressive record for their “Film Out” music video.

Earlier this week, the septet’s music video for “Film Out” has reached the 100-million mark on the YouTube platform. In addition, it has officially become the fastest Japanese music video of the group to achieve the said milestone. Particularly, RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook were able to hit the amazing massive count in only 27 days after its successful worldwide release last April 2 KST.

“Film Out” was co-composed by Jungkook. Moreover, it will be part of their upcoming Japanese compilation album BTS The Best, which will be released on June 16.

Notably, the track impressively topped Oricon’s weekly digital singles chart and also scored feats on Billboard.

Additionally, “Film Out” officially became the 39th overall music video of BTS to achieve 100 million views on YouTube.

Other tracks of the group that likewise raked the massive view count include “Dynamite”(Choreography ver.), “Lights,” “Dope”, “Fire”, “Blood Sweat & Tears”, “Boy In Luv”, “Save Me”, “DNA”, “I Need U”, “Spring Day”, “War Of Hormone”, ”Danger”, “Not Today”, “MIC Drop”, “Fake Love”, “Just One Day”, “IDOL”, “We Are Bulletproof Pt. 2”, “Run”, “Boy With Luv”, “No More Dream”, “Airplane Pt. 2 (Japanese version)”, “ON (Kinetic Manifesto Film: Come Prima)”, “ON”, “IDOL (feat. Some of the solo tracks of the members have also bagged the same feat such as Jimin’s “Serendipity”, “Singularity” by V, Suga’s “Daechwita”, and J-Hope’s “DayDream”, “Chicken Noodle Soup”, and recently “Outro: Ego.”

In other news, BTS earned a total of four nominations for the upcoming 2021 Billboard Music Awards. They are nominated for the Top Duo/Group, Top Social Artist, Top Song Sales Artist, and Top Selling Song (for their hit single “Dynamite”). The highly-anticipated awarding ceremony will air on May 23 at 8 PM ET on NBC.
