Son Heung Min, Lim Young Woong And BTS Hailed As Top Stars In May Brand Rankings
Proving their impressive influence, Son Heung Min, Lim Young Woong, and BTS have recently conquered the star brand reputation rankings for the month of May!
From gaining wide recognition to setting records left and right, Son Heung Min, Lim Young Woong, and BTS definitely own the limelight this May. They recently scored the top spots in the brand rankings for all stars, proving they are indeed influential and unstoppable.
According to the recent data released by the Korean Business Research Institute, soccer star Son Heung Min secured the No. 1 spot in the brand reputation rankings for all stars.
The list provided by the organization is based on several factors including consumer participation, and media, communication, interaction, and community indices.
Notably, the institute was able to analyze 210,956,762 number of star brand big data from April 29 to May 29. Compared to the 206,452,665 star brand big data in May, it increased by 2.18%.
AN ICONIC REIGN
Dominating the list, we have popular soccer player Son Heung Min, who acquired a brand reputation index of 19,683,035. His score increased by 230.48 percent compared to his data back in April.
Specifically, the athlete had a participation index of 4,599,227, media index of 3,785,279, communication index of 5,773,084, and community index 5,525,445. Compared to his star brand reputation index of 5,955,945 in April, it increased by 32.22%.
Taking the second and third places are trot singer Lim Young Woong and top boy group BTS. The former superbly attained a brand reputation index of 9,786,918, while the latter obtained a brand reputation index of 8,132,704. Lim Young Woong’s index increased by 15.13 percent, while BTS’ score fell by 26.42 percent.
OTHER ARTISTS THAT CONQUERED THE MONTH OF APRIL
Demonstrating their astounding popularity, talented soloists PSY and IU scored the fourth and fifth spots. Meanwhile, BLACKPINK, Son Suk Ku, Lee Chan Won, Kang Daniel, and Ryu Hyun Jin placed sixth to tenth respectively.
