Kim Soo Hyun as Moon Gang Tae
Moon Gang Tae is a psychiatric ward worker, who has always been busy taking care of his autistic older brother. Having faced harsh treatments throughout his life, Moon Gang Tae built a wall around himself and stays isolated. He has a cold demeanor and the only person, who can make him smile is his brother.
Seo Ye Ji as Go Moon Young
Go Moon Young is a successful children’s book author, who suffers from antisocial personality disorder. Therefore, she lacks empathy for other people and is incapable of love. However, after meeting Moon Gang Tae, she gets intrigued and intrudes in his life.
Oh Jung Se as Moon Sang Tae
Moon Sang Tae is the older brother of Moon Gang Tae, who perceives the world differently from others. Having relied on his younger brother for so long, he has a deep bond with him. He is also a big fan of writer Go Moon Young’s books.
Park Kyu Young as Nam Joo Ri
Nam Joo Ri is a mental health nurse, who works in the same mental hospital as Moon Gang Tae and harbors a crush towards him. She is also from the same elementary school as Go Moon Young. Nam Joo Ri is a charming person with a thoughtful mind as well as a professional spirit who is dedicated in taking care of her patients.

The group poster of the four actors Kim Soo Hyun, Seo Ye Ji, Oh Jeong Se, and Park Gyu Young catches the eye capturing a dreamy space like a fairy tale scene. Each of the person has their own unique color.
Firstly, fairy tale writer Go Moon Young shows off her noble appearance like a queen. Sitting at a desk in her work space, she radiates an imposing force.
In front of her is Moon Gang Tae, who creates a more comfortable atmosphere with a casual look. At the same time, he displays a warm glance.
Moon Sang Tae, the older brother of Moon Gang Tae, who lives in his own world, is twinkling with curiosity as if facing something new.
On the other hand, Nam Joo Ri poses a smile, but also has an unfamiliar expression as if she is worried at the thought of the peculiar connection among all of them.

People around Moon Gang Tae
Kang Pil Dong dons the mask of Moon Gang Tae’s best friend, Jo Jae Soo with whom he shares his sadness as well as joy. Unlike Moon Gang Tae who is a quiet person, Jo Jae Soo is an optimistic and talkative person who does not know how to shut his mouth.
Heading the psychiatric hospital, where Moon Gang Tae works is Kim Chang Wan who moulds into the role of Oh Ji Wang.
Next, Kim Mi Kyung plays Kang Soon Deok, mother of Nam Joo Ri and the hospital chef. Kang Soon Deok is a person full of empathy who cannot ignore the people who are in trouble.
Joining them is Jang Young Nam, who portrays the perfectionist senior nurse, Park Haeng Ja. She is someone who is always charismatic and observes everything with keen eyes.

Kim Joo Hun transforms into Lee Sang In, CEO of a publishing company. With the ambition to grow the fairy tale writer Go Moon Young as a celebrity rather than as a writer, he has been doing damage control for the scandalous incidents caused by her.
Park Jin Joo joins as Yoo Seung Jae, the art director in Lee Sang In’s company. For some reason, she takes care of the dirty work by the publisher. Possessing a strong temperament, she is unfazed even in the worst situations.
