Exceeding all expectations, King Maker: The Change Of Destiny has emerged as a VOD leader.

With its unique and creative plot, King Maker: The Change Of Destiny has managed to consistently amaze the viewers. Owing to that, the drama is receiving an unprecedented love.

The TV Chosun drama took the top spot in the broadcast VOD (Video on Demand) rankings by SK Broadband’s Btv VOD service for the 3rd week of June. It also topped Cable TV Broadcast VOD Ranking by Home Choice Co., Ltd. for June 2nd week.

Starring Park Shi Hoo and Go Sung Hee as the main leads, the drama is getting the hot response from viewers as a result of the brilliant direction, exciting performances of the actors, and intriguing episodes that keep the interest peaking. The viewership ratings have also skyrocketed up to 5.4%, according to Nielsen Korea, thus solidifying the drama’s popularity.

King Maker: The Change Of Destiny sketches the story of a face reader Choi Chun Joong (Park Si Hoo) and his passionate love for Lee Bong Ryun (Go Sung Hee), the daughter of King Cheoljong who possesses the power to see the future. Using their best abilities, the two play a key role in determining the outcome in the battle of power for the throne.

The drama has been successful in creating a buzz on a daily basis as it portrays the war of powers by incorporating fresh elements into it such as face reading and foreseeing a fate.

Meanwhile, the TV Chosun special drama airs every Saturday and Sunday at 10:50 PM KST.
