Pocket Sisyphus: The Myth as another scintillating project from the talented top-tier actors Park Shin Hye and Cho Seung Woo in underway!

Dubbed as cryptic fantasy series, Sisyphus: The Myth promises a high-quality story. It plans to present a new paradigm of drama genre with innovative cinematography and a solid screenplay that transcend time and space.

Orchestrating the series is Director Jin Hyuk. His drama portfolio boasts favorites including The Legend of the Blue Sea, Doctor Stranger, The Master’s Sun and City Hunter to name a few. Working on the script are writers Jun Chan Ho and Lee Je In.

Genius Engineer Han Tae-sul

Crafting a new character, Cho Seung Woo aims another remarkable one as Han Tae-sul in Sisyphus: The Myth. He is the co-founder of world-class company Quantum & Time. His genius knows no bound as he can assemble and disassemble anything – anytime at anywhere with a simple tool.

He became the chairman of the conglomerate who owns a penthouse in a high-end building in Gangnam. With his ingenious engineering skills like synonymous to Tony Stark, his monthly salary and stock dividends are sky high.

In the published stills, Cho Seung Woo evokes the classic engineer vibe. His natural hairstyle and plain clothes raise his geek meter to the fullest. Blessed with a superior intellect, he fueled his company from its humble beginning.

Sisyphus: The Myth

Valiant Warrior Kang Seo-hae

In the released character teasers, the actress is seen taking charge of her role as Kang Seo-hae. Anchoring the bulk of the action makes the story eagerly-awaited by Park Shin Hye fans.

Kang Seo-hae has been sketched as an all-rounder warrior with invincible prowess. She glides between high-rise building and beats burly baddies with her bare hands. She decks an arduous path of protecting genius engineer Han Tae-sul (Cho Seung Woo) to save the world. Seo-hae’s journey is not gonna be a one-hit knockout, but a series of long and dangerous path.

The reason why Seo-hae took a risk and went back to the present world is that if she helps Tae-sul, she will save the world in time. If so, her future could also change which involves her brother’s death. Keen to protect the hero of the story, Park Shin Hye reeks tremendous fighting power and determination in the images reflect on her newest character.

Sisyphus: The Myth is slated on Wednesday-Thursday spot of JTBC in February after Run On.
