tvN’s unveils the main poster, a second teaser and new stills for its upcoming drama, Start-Up.

Start-Up tells the story of four young professionals who are all eager to prove their worth in Sandbox, the fictional Silicon Valley of South Korea in the series.

Start-Up Main Poster

BRIGHT COLORFUL ADVENTURE

In the recently released Start-Up main poster, Bae Suzy, Nam Joo Hyuk, Kim Seon Ho and Kang Han Na all pose in front of a blank wall filled and plastered with colorful memos and notes – a typical scenario in a start-up’s office setting.

The characters’ bright, youthful business attires depict their indomitable entrepreneurial spirit, which is all they need to succeed against all odds.

To hook the already excited viewers on the spirited adventure ahead of the start-up quartet, the poster also reveals the phase “the place where our story begins to shine”.

STARTING-UP ON LOVE AND CAREER

Apart from the main poster, tVN has also issued another teaser and still cuts focusing only on Nam Joo Hyuk and Suzy Bae, hinting on the steeping love story between the two.

Reminiscent of how Steve Jobs enamors a crowd, the teaser shows the career woman, Seo Dal Mi (Suzy Bae), walking up to a big audience to showcase her new start-up ventures. Dressed in a power suit, Seo Dal Mi seems a bit nervous but at the same time confident that she can woo the crowd.

On the other hand, Nam Do San (Nam Joo Hyuk) is stuck in his room and quite focused on troubleshooting his start-up away from the crowd. An error message appears in his computer to foreshadow his start-up’s fate.

In the story, Seo Dal Mi dreams of being Korea’s Steve Jobs despite not having a fancy background and the right experiences. She is convinced that her passion and drive will get her that impossible dream possible.

Meanwhile, Nam Do San, the math genius who founded Samsan Tech, seems to be entering the twilight of his career as his business has been going down for the past two years. He, then, takes advantage of the situation when Seo Dal Mi mistakes her for her first love.

The teaser ends by showing Seo Dal Mi’s quirky side, dancing alone in her while practicing for her launch and Nam Do San who is still worked up on his failing computer.

Look forward to how their dreams, successes and frustrations will further intertwine in the upcoming drama!
