Lee Dong Wook, Kim So Yeon, Kim Bum, Ryu Kyung Soo, Hwang Hee and Kim Yong Ji are set to go on a hunt beyond imagination in the second season of the well-loved tvN K-Fantasy series.

In the new season, Lee Dong Wook continues his role as unrivaled gumiho Lee Yeon.

After becoming a human last season, he had a happy ending with Nam Ji-ah (Jo Bo-ah), his eternal first love. However, he is summoned back to 1938 when he gets caught up in an unexpected incident.

Meantime, the released photos of Lee Yeon show his peaceful daily life. He has everything he needs with Wi-Fi, mint chocolate and a lover.

Unfortunately, it seems his connection with the afterlife has not been completely severed.

Subsequently, the ensuing photo shows he is seated at the Afterlife Immigration Office. Since he does not have gumiho powers, curiosity is raised why he came back to the place.

Then, he is seen transported to 1938. The unfamiliar scenery and people, even the language of a foreign country have caught him bewildered. Feeling the unusual turbulence ahead, his mission of going back in time heightens the anticipation of the fans waiting for the premiere of the series.

Taking the role of Ryu Hong-joo, the owner of Myoyeon-gak, a top-notch restaurant in Gyeongseong, and a former western mountain god with tremendous strength is actress Kim So Yeon.

Along with Lee Yeon, she was one of the four mountain gods who ruled over the Korean Peninsula. The sharp eyes that cannot be hidden even with colorful clothes and playful smiles in the published photos prove her distinct presence.

Interestingly, she is also seen holding a long sword with a straight blade that contrasts with her graceful appearance wearing a pretty hanbok. Truly, Hong-joo represents a pretty face with lethal fighting skills.

Hong-joo, who coveted Lee Yeon from the moment they first met draws curiosity to what dizzying synergy she will exert with him when they reunite in the chaotic year of 1938.
