Planning to make your dream pilgrimage to the land of K-Drama and K-Pop? We get you covered with exclusive tips from amazing fanboy, Nelson Obrador.

Korean Drama Filming Location

Korean wave fandom has reached different ages and cultures through the years and we know South Korea has been making use of Korean Wave’s growing popularity to push tourism revenues.

K-entertainment fans would most likely want to visit anything related to K-dramas they love or restaurants or shops attached to their favorite k-pop bias when they finally secure the dates and plane tickets to visit Hallyu land.

Lucky for our dynamic fan base, a fellow avid follower is kind enough to share his experiences attending k-pop fan meetings, fan signing events and concerts. He also goes to visit K-drama filming locations, and we are envious of all those recreated mementos from the scenes of our favorite K-dramas.

Check out some of the places he visited and creatively tweaked to make us all burn with jealousy:

He is staying on trend by updating us to where we can snap some brag-worthy Korean drama filming locations memento – like what he did for What’s Wrong With Secretary Kim, I’m Not A Robot and Are you Human?

He also made memories at filming locations of Suspicious Partner and Bride of the Water God.

Adorable right? You can also make one for your travel diary since he has included details of where the locations are.

I’m sure Lee Min Ho fans who are missing him badly will be envious to see this!

And yes, he patiently waited for the actor who is on alternative military service at Gangnam city office to catch a glimpse of him on his way to do his public service duty.

Nelson amazingly hunts places that would be relatable for Korean wave fans, and he went all the way to Daejeon to visit Song Joong Ki’s family house.

He shared how the actor’s father was so accommodating and nice. He got a handful of souvenirs from Song Joong Ki’s father, and he even drove him and his friends back to Daejeon station, stopping by at a convenience store to buy ice cream for them.

What we like about Nelson is his kindness to walk through fellow fans to places that would be hard to go to.

Look at how he literally led us all on how to go to Lee Jong Suk’s owned cafe. Yes, the one where friend Kim Woo Bin visited recently.

He also gives amazing tips for k-pop fans who wish to visit restaurants owned or family owned by famous idols complete with details and direction.

Here, he went to dine on a restaurant owned by EXO’s Chanyeol’s mother.

He also made a guide to Laundry Pizza, a restaurant in Gangnam, where popular k-pop music videos have been shot including those of BTS, GOT7, EXID and Apink.

His fanboy spirit is overwhelming. You can see through his adventures how he cheerfully supports k-pop groups.

Check out his adventures below going to BLACKPINK house, catching BTS, and attending events of Red Velvet, Stray Kids, EXO-CBX!
