BTS’ “Boy With Luv” Becomes Their Fastest MV To Surpass 300 Million YouTube Views
There’s simply no stopping BTS in making a brand-new record for themselves as they achieved another impressive YouTube feat!
Worldwide K-Pop boy group BTS has unsurprisingly added yet another achievement in their stellar record on the YouTube platform.
BTS’ music video for their latest hit track “Boy With Luv” has reached the 300-million mark on YouTube on May 18.
On April 12, the boys released their highly-anticipated album Map Of The Soul: Persona and introduced to fans their newest title song “Boy With Luv”.
With just over a month since its successful worldwide release, RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook were already able to garner the massive amount of views online. Notably, it has now become the group’s fastest music video to smash more than 300 million YouTube views.
Additionally, it broke their own previous record set by their 2018 hit song “Fake Love”. Specifically, the track’s music video achieved the milestone in three months and 14 days.
Though the K-Pop septet was not able to beat BLACKPINK’s “Kill This Love” record, the boys still hold the honor of having the most number of MVs to smash the said impressive count.
Following their hit songs “DNA,” “Fire,” “Dope,” “Blood Sweat & Tears,” “MIC Drop (Steve Aoki Remix),” “Fake Love,” “Save Me,” “IDOL,” and “Not Today,” BTS’ newest song “Boy With Luv” becomes the group’s 10th MV to join the 300 Million Club.
Meanwhile, aside from its recent online success, the track also bagged its 12th music show win on May 18 via MBC’s Show! Music Core. It bested out Park Hyo Shin’s “Goodbye” and TWICE’s “Fancy”.
