DJ Afrojack Says He Wants To Collaborate With BTS’ Suga
The list of BTS’ celebrity fans from the international entertainment industry grows every day – and DJ Afrojack makes himself the newest addition to the bunch!
World famous DJ Afrojack, who is behind jams like “Take Over Control” and “Ten Feet Tall”, had spilled up about collaborations on his recent interview with Billboard Korea. After talking about his recent collaborations with artists like Chasner, the Dutch DJ fessed up on which artist he wishes to team up with soon.
“I’m also aware of BTS from Korea. They had joined forces with Steve Aoki, right?” he said, pertaining to BTS’ previous collaborative tracks “MIC Drop (Remix)” and “The Truth Untold” with his fellow DJ.
Afrojack then added, “I hope to work with Suga in the future.”
Suga is one of BTS’ main rappers. Other than that, he is also known for his exceptional skill as a producer and songwriter.
His first mixtape Agust D was released in August 2016, which contained tracks like “Give It To Me”, “724148”, “The Last”, and his title track “Agust D”.
Suga also has over 70 songs registered and credited under his name by the Korea Music Copyright Association.
BTS had been hitting it well with collaborations with global artists for the past few years. Aside from Steve Aoki, they have previously worked with The Chainsmokers for “Best of Me”, and recently, Nicki Minaj for “Idol”.
The group is currently embarking on their Love Yourself world tour and has also been making rounds in several American talk shows, including Good Morning America and The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
They have also attracted much global attention after they delivered a heartfelt speech at the United Nations General Assembly on September 24.
