EPIK HIGH Drops First Global Album “Strawberry”
New music from EPIK HIGH is finally here!
On February 1 at 6 PM KST, EPIK HIGH released their latest album, Strawberry, on all major music sites and streaming platforms.
Strawberry is touted as EPIK HIGH’s first global album, with all members working to melt EPIK HIGH’s unique sensibility into it. The group further collaborated with a team of award-winning musicians, to ensure this album was perfect. The album includes the song “Strawberry” of the same name as the album, “On My Way,” “Catch,” “Down Bad Freestyle” and “God’s Latte.”
Among the album, Jackson of GOT7 and Hwasa of MAMAMOO participated in the tracks “On My Way” and “Catch,” respectively, to present a different sense. The unique collaboration with the two artists adds a strong force to EPIK HIGH’s high-quality musical stylings while foreshadowing high-end music that captures both trends and popularity, drawing keen attention.
Members, Tablo, DJ Tukutz, and Mithra Jin, participated in the overall work of the album including writing lyrics, composing, and producing all tracks, creating a musical synergy with artists with colorful personalities, and showing off a richer music world. In addition, through this album, EPIK HIGH plans to showcase its unique color and symbolism to the world.
Meanwhile, EPIK HIGH is set to head out on its 2023 ALL-TIME HIGH world tour later this month. The tour spans 36 cities in 7 countries, including England, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, France, the United States, and Canada.
