f(x) Alumni, Singer, And Actress Sulli Passes Away
Today is a sad day for K-Pop, especially for MeUs.
On October 14, singer and actress Choi Jin-ri, better known by her stage name Sulli, was found dead in a house at Seongnam, South Korea.
According to reports, her manager found her dead on the second floor of the house. The manager notes that his last correspondence with the artist was at 6:30 PM KST, when he visited Sulli at her home the night before after failing to contact her in the afternoon.
A few days before her death, Sulli even posted an update on her Instagram account. Currently, the police are investigating a possible cause of death, ruling out foul play as there have been no signs of a break-in found around the area.
After news of her death broke, a heartbreaking letter Sulli penned for her fans surfaced online. The letter thanked her fans for their support over the course of her career.
2019/9/5. A rainy day with thunders.
Today is the 14th anniversary of my debut. I’ve been so busy these days that I didn’t even remember when I debuted. But there were those who didn’t forget and congratulated me first. They cheered me on for how I’ve lived in the past, as well as for how I plan to live in the future.
Thank you for allowing me to put down my countless thoughts for a little while and look back on the good days. Thanks to all of you, I received a lot of help, laughed a lot, and built up the courage.
I get the feeling that life isn’t meant to be lived alone. I have many people by my side, and I made countless, precious memories together. I also want to become someone who gives off warmth.
I want to say thank you to all of you, and please support me no matter what.
