By  |

Joining the February comeback train is IZ*ONE, who is raring to bloom with their long-awaited first full-length album.

Three months after the temporary postponement of their activities, IZ*ONE is prepared to blossom anew. According to various sources in the music industry, the group will finally be releasing their first full-length album, BLOOM*IZ.

Their first album, which was initially slated for release on November 11, will now be released on February 17. The title song, “Fiesta”, is described as a track with a refined melody, and a fast yet magnificent sound. Members Eunbi, Yuri, Wonyoung, and Minjoo helped pen the lyrics for the song.

IZ*ONE’s return to their regular activities was announced by a representative from Mnet on January 23. “Thank you for your interest in waiting for IZ*ONE’s activities,” their representative notes. “Mnet and its affiliates have decided to resume the group’s activities, with respect to the members and their fans wishes.”

Moreover, the representative also asked for the fans’ continued support for IZ*ONE, despite Mnet’s controversy over the Produce series. “We would be grateful if you continue to support the members of IZ*ONE, who have suffered despite being innocent. The members only hope to share their precious time with their fans in the near future.”

It was then further made official by the group sharing their cover image for BLOOM*IZ on SNS once again on February 3.
