Kim Jaejoong To Release New Album In June

On the 10th, Encode, Kim Jaejoong’s agency, revealed, “Kim Jaejoong is gearing up to release a full-length album in celebration of his 20th debut anniversary, aiming for a release at the end of June.”

This year, Jaejoong Kim marks his 20th year since his debut, making a return to his fans with a comprehensive album. This upcoming release follows his regular album BORN GENE, which debuted in September 2022.

Kim Jaejoong has officially confirmed the release of this anniversary album, a project he has hinted at for some time. With its launch coinciding with his significant two-decade milestone in the industry, he is diligently working on the album to reward fans who have eagerly anticipated new music.

Expect over 10 fresh tracks in Kim Jaejoong’s new album. The agency remarked, “This 20th-anniversary regular album showcases songs that depart from Kim Jaejoong’s established style,” suggesting it will be a special treat for fans.

Ahead of his comeback, Kim Jaejoong initiated the official fan club membership ‘BOSS BABIES KODE-1’ on the Weverse channel on the 9th, signaling increased interaction with fans.

Having established the global entertainment agency iNKODE Entertainment in May of last year, Jaejoong Kim has been making waves not only with YouTube content like ‘Jae Friend’ but also by engaging with fans through events such as the fan concert ‘I’M TWENTY’ held in January this year.

Additionally, he made a notable appearance on KBS 2TV’s ‘Pyeon Restaurant’, marking his return to terrestrial entertainment programming after a 15-year hiatus.

With the album release, Kim Jaejoong aims to engage more actively in domestic activities to connect with his fan base.
