We are writing to inform you about news regarding our artist, LUMINIOUS.

We deeply regret that LUMINIOUS has been unable to be active and meet their fans for a long time due to internal circumstances within the company.

We also sincerely thank the fans who have supported and loved LUMINIOUS and waited for them for a long time.

Our company has decided to end our journey with LUMINIOUS. This decision was made for the future path and development of LUMINIOUS.

LUMINIOUS will now make a fresh start by transferring to a new company.

Detailed information regarding this will be announced by the new agency after the transfer is complete.

Less than two days later, on September 8th, a letter appeared on LUMINIOUS’s official X account from their new management team, announcing a commemorative live broadcast to celebrate their 3rd debut anniversary. This confirmed that LUMINIOUS is not only staying together but is also gearing up for a fresh start under a new agency.

The live broadcast, held on September 9th, marked the group’s first interaction with fans under their new management. They expressed their excitement for this new chapter and promised more frequent and meaningful communication with their fans, known as LUMINI. The broadcast also included special events to celebrate their anniversary, solidifying the bond between the group and their dedicated supporters.
